Direct Shipping

We work with a small number of trusted, vetted suppliers — including established Alibaba-based manufacturers we have dealt with over many seasons. Rather than holding every single model in our own warehouse, selected bikes are dispatched straight from the supplier to you.

This direct route is how we keep the full range available and competitively priced, while every order is still placed through Northern MX and backed by our team.

• ·We confirm stock and lead time with the supplier before your order is processed.
• ·Your bike is dispatched direct from the supplier and tracked to your door.

Direct-ship models typically arrive within 2–4 weeks depending on the supplier and model. The exact lead time is confirmed with you before your order is processed, and tracking details are supplied once your machine is dispatched.

Direct shipping does not mean you are on your own. We remain your point of contact from order to after-sales. Any pre-dispatch checks, documentation and setup guidance are handled by our team, and warranty and support are provided through Northern MX.

Where a machine ships from outside the UK, any applicable import VAT or duties will be confirmed with you before dispatch. We will always make these costs clear before your order is finalised — no surprise fees on delivery.

All off-road models are intended for use on private land only and are not road legal unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with UK laws before riding.
